Cedar Rapids Chapter and Local 263 Baseball Night

The annual Cedar Rapids Chapter and Local 263 Baseball night was held June 9, 2017 at the Veterans Stadium. The Cedar Rapids Kernels beat the Burlington Bees 15-5 with over 250 contractors and Local 263 members and family watching. A picnic dinner of hamburgers and hot dogs (not to mention free beer) were enjoyed by all.

The younger kids enjoyed competing in the pie eating contest with everyone
getting money for participating. The fishing game was also a big hit with the kids where they could fish for prizes. Adults enjoyed the to-go cup giveaway which included some cups having money in them. There was a little something for everyone! Thanks to all that attended.
